Pizza with Engineering Professionals

The Pizza with Engineering Professionals event will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Cost is $30 per company for participating in Pizza with Engineering Professionals
• Space is limited, and only companies that are registered to attend the Iowa State Engineering Career Fair will be allowed to participate. You can have up to 3 representatives (must include mostly engineer/technical representatives).
• Students will be in casual attire and will not bring their resumes. This is not a career fair; it is an opportunity for students to explore career paths and learn more about your organization and opportunities.
• There will be no designated tables, projectors, or spaces for giveaways at this event.
• Please wear branded shirts and/or name tags so students can easily know which organization you are representing.
• Free pizza – please enjoy!

Logistics:

• Self-paid parking is available in the Memorial Union Parking Ramp or at the Armory. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from either parking area. See the campus map here: https://www.fpm.iastate.edu/maps/
• The event will begin at 3:00 pm. Pizza will be delivered at 2:30 pm. Please have your team is arrive no later than 2:45 pm.

How to Register:

• Log into your CyHire account: https://cyhire.iastate.edu/employers
• Click on the ‘Pizza with Engineering Professionals’ under the ‘Events’ section on the left side of your CyHire homepage. Click on the ‘Register’ button and complete the application form.
  • Please note that there is very limited availability for this event, once capacity has been reached you may register for the waitlist and will be notified if space becomes available. 
• After completing the required fields, click ‘review and confirm’ when asked. You will be directed to a review screen to confirm or modify your registration. If you do not click ‘confirm’, your application will not be submitted.
