- Coordinating with the Office of Risk Management for your youth protection process (CyCheck)
- Manage the event authorization process for on-campus events
- Support logistical needs such as room reservations, transportation, and registration
- Facilitate connections with schools around the state
- Help with data collection and email journeys
- Provide templates for grants and proposals
- Assist with the Iowa State Foundation processes
