On January 20, 2015, Julie Nuter, associate vice president for university human resources, talked with the imPROVE you Staff Mentoring Program about building a personal brand to set the course for one’s career. Nuter also led an interactive discussion about being a staff member in the university setting and asked for feedback about what works well and what could be improved.
