The Kiewit Scholars program at Iowa State University is for exceptional engineering students who display an interest in, and passion for, design and construction engineering fields. The program includes both scholarship support and annual programming that focuses on strengthening leadership, team building and professionalism skills towards careers in the design and construction industry.

These scholarships provide the access to a quality educational experience in the majors of:

• Electrical Engineering
• Environmental Engineering
• Industrial Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Undeclared Engineering

Performance guidelines are developed in each programming area to ensure Kiewit Scholars have acquired the competencies to become world-class engineers and industry leaders to solve global problems today and in the future.
