The College of Engineering imPROVE you Staff Mentoring Program welcomed Elaine Newell, ombuds at Iowa State University, Nov. 12, 2014. With an audience of about 30, Newell discussed civility within the workplace. She guided attendees through choosing professional qualities that mattered most, and what the university community can do to improve on other interpersonal professional skills.
