Alex Van Alstyne is a faculty member in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECpE) at Iowa State University (ISU) and affiliated to Center for Wireless, Communities, and Innovation (WiCI).

Alex recieved multiple undergraduate degrees from Iowa State from the College of Bussiness, and a masters degree from Drake University. He is currently studying for a masters in Seed Technology and Bussiness at Iowa State University.
