CIVL 456: Equalization Tank Design

Problem Statement: Analyze the following flow and CBOD data
obtained from the City of Zionsville's WWTP, and determine the following:
1) Determine the equalized flow rate appropriate for this data.
2) Establish a volume suitable for their equalization tank.
3) Determine what impact the use of this equalization tank would have
on the CBOD coming into the plant (identify the CBOD extremes [hi and lo]
both before and after flow equalization.
