Its lead piece was a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/html.engineering.iastate.edu\/seec\/reports\/FINAL%20COE%20Recruitment%20Brochure.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">recruiting brochure<\/a>.<br><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/html.engineering.iastate.edu\/seec\/img\/yr5montage.png\" alt=\"Be Greater Than You Imagined Examples\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Various elements of the campaign have been used in the college\u2019s messaging since then, primarily using the theme \u201cBe &gt; You Imagined\u201d. Clockwise from top left: desktop wallpaper; a Twitter profile picture; department webpage button; and a college ad at cyclones.com, the university\u2019s athletics website.<br><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/html.engineering.iastate.edu\/seec\/img\/NationalAcademyofEng.png\" alt=\"National Academy of Engineers\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Resources and examples of how the messaging was used was shared with the&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.engineeringmessages.org\/TakeAction\/TheCTCBlog\/26051.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">National Academy of Engineering<\/a>.<br><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/html.engineering.iastate.edu\/seec\/img\/PSWE_Poster_Images.png\" alt=\"Be Greater Than You Imagined Examples\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">PWSE created a poster series highlighting women in STEM from across the state of Iowa; it uses some of the messaging from Changing the Conversation.<a href=\"https:\/\/html.engineering.iastate.edu\/seec\/reports\/dmaccpreengineeringbrochure.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">DMACC developed an online&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/go.dmacc.edu\/programs\/pdp\/engineering\/Pages\/engineering-kit.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Pre-Engineering Resource Kit<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Messaging based on the National Academy of Engineering\u2019s \u201cChanging the Conversation,\u201d has been adopted in engineering recruiting materials at Iowa State and DMACC.
