Information
I teach 3260 Principles of Environmental Engineering in the fall and spring semesters, 5210 Environmental Biotechnology in the fall, and 5220 Biological Principles in the spring. I am the faculty advisor for ISU’s American society of Civil Engineers Student Chapter, Water Professionals Student Chapter, as well as the International Friendship Connection.
Highlighted Projects:
In-Progress: Conceptualization study – Anaerobic Treatment of SGBR. This research project is using algae to treat wastewater and remove organics rather than nutrients.
In-Progress: PFAS Water Treatment – This research project is looking at how ground up tires can be used to filter out PFAS from water.
