Men of Color Engineering Leadership (MCEL) endeavors to cultivate the academic, professional, and socio-cultural growth and success of male-identifying scholars of color in the College of Engineering at Iowa State University. MCEL will host three lunch events this semester to promote engagement, networking, and community building. All Cyclone Engineers are welcome!
