The cohort-based program includes both scholarship support (renewable up to five years) and annual programming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"no-bottom-margin has-medium-font-size\">Through the program students will gain the skills and knowledge they need to become world-class engineers and leaders. Selected students will experience opportunities focused on the three pillars of the program: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"font-size:24px\">\n<li><strong>Leadership<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Team Building<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Professionalism<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Each pillar augments the communication, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills already developed through the existing ABET-accredited curriculum. Students have the opportunity to develop through&nbsp;leadership coursework, special group activities, unique travel opportunities and unparalleled exposure to industry.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Kiewit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Kiewit is one of North America\u2019s largest construction and engineering organizations.
