Dual Doctorate Degree Program — Earn a joint NIT Rourkela and Iowa State (ISU) Ph.D. degree

Duration: 2 years at NIT Rourkela 2 years at ISU
Years 1-2: complete research requirements at NIT Rourkela (or ISU)
Years 3-4: complete the remaining research requirements at Iowa State (or NIT Rourkela)
Credits are transferred between NIT Rourkela and ISU, abiding by mutual regulation
