ECS delivers presentations and leads discussions in Engineering 101 and other classes, learning communities, and student organizations. ECS also regularly presents workshops and seminars for students. (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.engineering.iastate.edu\/ecs\/faculty-and-staff-guidance\/class-presentations-and-the-dont-cancel-class-program\/\">More information on presentations and our Don\u2019t Cancel Class program<\/a>)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"flush-heading_5536_2\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<button class=\"accordion-button collapsed\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\"\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tdata-bs-target=\"#flush-collapse_5536_2\" aria-expanded=\"false\"\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\taria-controls=\"flush-collapse_5536_2\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\tEmployer Services\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/button>\n\t\t\t\t<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t<div id=\"flush-collapse_5536_2\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse\"\n\t\t\t\t\t aria-labelledby=\"flush-heading_5536_2\" data-bs-parent=\"#accordionFlush5536\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-body text-content\"><ul>\n<li><strong>CyHire<\/strong> \u2013 ECS delivers a complete portfolio of recruiting, interviewing, and hiring web-based tools with the CyHire system.<\/li>\n<li><strong>On-Campus Interviewing and Recruiting Events<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 ECS has a suite of meeting rooms on the 3rd floor of Marston Hall\u00a0for employers to\u00a0use for on-campus recruiting activities.\u00a0 ECS also arranges information sessions and other recruiting events at the request of employers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"flush-heading_5536_3\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<button class=\"accordion-button collapsed\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\"\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tdata-bs-target=\"#flush-collapse_5536_3\" aria-expanded=\"false\"\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\taria-controls=\"flush-collapse_5536_3\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\tCareer Fairs\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/button>\n\t\t\t\t<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t<div id=\"flush-collapse_5536_3\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse\"\n\t\t\t\t\t aria-labelledby=\"flush-heading_5536_3\" data-bs-parent=\"#accordionFlush5536\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-body text-content\"><p>ECS facilitates several large career fairs each year.\u00a0\u00a0 Typically, these fairs fill the space in both Hilton Coliseum and the Scheman Building.\u00a0 Engineering faculty are encouraged to visit the career fairs and network with employers.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"flush-heading_5536_4\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<button class=\"accordion-button collapsed\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\"\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tdata-bs-target=\"#flush-collapse_5536_4\" aria-expanded=\"false\"\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\taria-controls=\"flush-collapse_5536_4\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\tEngineering Experiential Education (Co-op\/Internship) Programs\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/button>\n\t\t\t\t<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t<div id=\"flush-collapse_5536_4\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse\"\n\t\t\t\t\t aria-labelledby=\"flush-heading_5536_4\" data-bs-parent=\"#accordionFlush5536\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-body text-content\"><p>ECS administers the College\u2019s\u00a0experiential education program in partnership with the CoE faculty and student advisors.\u00a0 ECS works to recruit\u00a0employers and establish learning expectations,\u00a0works to connect employers and students,\u00a0assists students with course registration, and manages the three assignments that students must complete.\u00a0\u00a0 Follow this link for a short list of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.engineering.iastate.edu\/ecs\/faculty-intenships\/\">suggested ways that faculty can support\u00a0co-op and internship students<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"flush-heading_5536_5\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<button class=\"accordion-button collapsed\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\"\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tdata-bs-target=\"#flush-collapse_5536_5\" aria-expanded=\"false\"\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\taria-controls=\"flush-collapse_5536_5\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\tAssessment for Student Development, Continuous Curriculum Improvement, and Accreditation\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/button>\n\t\t\t\t<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t<div id=\"flush-collapse_5536_5\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse\"\n\t\t\t\t\t aria-labelledby=\"flush-heading_5536_5\" data-bs-parent=\"#accordionFlush5536\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-body text-content\"><p>One of the assignments that co-op\/internship students and their supervisors\/mentors must complete is a competency survey.
