College of Engineering Post-Graduate Outcome Database <\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Engineering Career Services surveys new graduates at graduation and six months later about their post-graduate plans (e.g., full or part-time employment, graduate school, military services). This database contains over 3000 records and is based solely on the information graduates provided. This data is compiled into numerous reports to help prospective students, current students, alumni, faculty and staff, and employers. The interactive database below shows where our recent (2021-2024) College of Engineering graduates have started their careers.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Using the Database<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

To start choose a column and begin applying filters to the data. For example, you may start with your degree and then narrow the results further by selecting a specific employer or state. Keep applying different filters or combinations of filters until you get the results you are looking for. To clear your selections, click the eraser in the top right of each column or the “clear all filters” button in the bottom left. If you want a larger view select “open in a new window” in the bottom right of the database tool.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

The list of companies for CPT and OPT in this database was identified using the reports published by ISSO on the ISSO Job Search Page<\/a> and cross-referenced with our existing database of career outcomes. This list is not exhaustive, but it is a good starting point when looking for companies that hire international students. We also recommend utilizing the lists provided by ISSO on the ISSO Job Search Page. Keep in mind, these are companies that have hired international students previously. However, practices can change, and we cannot guarantee that listed employers will hire international students. It is also possible that employers who are not listed may hire international students.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
