Brief BiographyGraduated with Ph.D.from Northwestern University In 1987. Worked as senior process engineer from 1988 – 1993 at Digital Equipment Corporation.
Joined Ames Lab as research scientist at the Microelectronics Research Center in 1993. Joined Materials Science & Engineering
Department at ISU in 1997 as an Assistant Professor. Worked as a senior process development engineer at Micron Technologies in 2001 during a
leave of absence from ISU. Became a lecturer in 2003 and was promoted to senior lecturer in 2010. Married to Kristen Constant with 3 children; Alexander, Matthew and Ethan. Native of Queens N.Y.
