Leadership through Engineering Academic Diversity

The Diversity Networking Reception is an opportunity for the Diversity Related Engineering Student Organizations (AISES, SHPE/MAES, NSBE, SWE and NOBCCHE) with the assistance and support of Engineering Diversity Programs to provide their peers and prospective employers an occasion to meet in an informal environment to discuss Engineering employment opportunities.

The event goals include:

·        Facilitating dialogue between students and company representatives

·        Showcase companies that are interested in providing Intern, Co-op, and fulltime employment opportunities for students and actively seeking a diverse applicant pool

·        Showcasing ISU Diversity Related Engineering Student Organizations

·        Make employers more aware of Engineering Diversity Programs and the services and opportunities for working with Engineering Diversity Programs
