About LEAD
LEAD aims to enhance academic success of multicultural students in the College of Engineering at Iowa State University, increase the number of successful ethnic underrepresented engineering graduates, and help students earn higher grades, repeat fewer courses, graduate sooner, and become better prepared for employment.
The LEAD programs serves engineering students who are part of the following communities:
