As part of the College of Engineering’s Wind Energy Initiative, Iowa State will hold an open house to give researchers, educators and students the opportunity to learn about wind energy research capabilities at the university. The event topics will include wind characterization, health monitoring, concrete tower design, blade manufacturing, wind energy generation, and wind tunnel testing.
