Allocations

ESC Allocation Information

The Finance Committee and the Executive Board of the Engineering Student Council are authorized by the Constitution and Bylaws of its Student Organization to allocate on behalf of the College of Engineering, including the interpretation, application, and enforcement through the allocation and reimbursement process.

  • Allocation Deadlines for Spring 2024
    • Requests Due: February 5th at 11:59 pm
    • Receipts Due (priority deadline): May 15th at 11:59 pm
    • Receipts Due (absolute latest deadline): June 15th at 11:59 pm
  • Allocation Deadlines for Fall 2023
    • Requests Due: October 2nd at 11:59 pm
    • Receipts Due (priority deadline): December 17th at 11:59 pm
    • Receipts Due (absolute latest deadline): January 26th, 2024 at 11:59 pm

As a reminder, we have additional penalties, including the Insufficient Use of Funds Penalty that will be enforced starting with the Fall 2023 allocations.

 Allocations Documents

Clubs must complete TWO* short quizzes and submit their documents within the second quiz below. Clubs may elect to the option to meet with the Finance Committee to defend their request if there is anything unclear to the committee. More information can be found in the January 29th General Meeting notes, linked here and posted on the Club Resources page.
